Vendor space is limited! Please submit your registration form with deposit no later than the application deadline listed for each event. Each event has a $25 deposit per space (limit 2 spaces max). This deposit reserves your space and will be returned on the day of the event.

Set Up Time: Completely set up and ready for patrons NO LATER than 1/2 hour prior to posted start time
Break Down Time: NO EARLIER than the posted end time of the event
THE UNDERSIGNED VENDOR AGREES TO THE CONTRACT TERMS AS STATED BELOW:
1. Tamarack Lodge is not liable for loss or damage and will not be responsible for any personal injury to the vendor, their associates and/or merchandise. The vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Tamarack Lodge from and against any claims, acts or omissions arising from or connected to the vendor, its employees, agents, and assigns.
2. Vendors are responsible for any damage they may cause while participating in the day's events.
3. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before vendor occupied it.
4. Tamarack Lodge reserves the right to restrict the sale or display of any items or services or causes that may not be acceptable to authorized persons representing Tamarack Lodge.
5. There will be no refunds. Payments described will be retained as liquidated damages. All tax liabilities, insurance and permits are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Vendors are responsible for obtaining ALL necessary insurance and permits from State and Local agencies.
6. Breakdown of vendor spaces is prohibited before the posted end time for the event, unless prior arrangements are made and the safety of all participants and shoppers is considered.
8. Payment may be made by check to Tamarack Lodge and mailed to the address above or can be made via the online payment option below. The vendor deposit is $25.00 per 10x20 ft. outdoor space. Deposit must be received upon application and space confirmation. The vendor is responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, pop up and electricity (solar, battery pack, etc. No generators please). Please indicate below how many spaces are preferred (limit of 2 per vendor).
