Chef Mason Donnel is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has honed his craft with over thirty years experience in the culinary trade. He has trained under world class chefs and has a diverse and well-traveled work history. Mason has worked Arubian resorts, Palm Beach Country Clubs, Casinos, private golf clubs, and catering and banquet facilities. Mason has enjoyed the food industry since his first job as a dishwasher and has served as a line cook, restaurant supervisor/ chef, pastry chef, Garde Manger, event caterer, and other prominent industry positions.
